If you plan to bring a bachelor/bachelorette party here, just don't. We are a large group of about 20 people. Today we received a phone call from the office stating that we had several complaints against us and our cabin. We were told that we had been throwing trash off of our balcony and that we were blasting music all night and that if we had any more complaints made against us that we would be escorted off the property by police. (Mind you we have only been here one night). Our group has been nothing but respectful towards the property and other guests. Cleaning up after ourselves as we go and definitely not throwing trash off our balcony as none of us are Neanderthals. We have even called to the office to report anything that was broken as we arrived and took a look around as there were about 15 things broke due to prior guests. We may have been loud when it came to music as we were never made aware of a quiet time or music ordinanace. We were told that we were on our last and final warning, but were given no prior warning or even called about anything. Then when we called the office to discuss the matter they tried to tell us that maintenance had called to make the complaints all thru the night and that the manager would have us evicted immediately if we had anymore complaints. (Why would maintenance be out in the pitch black to do any type of work to begin with?) Ridiculous. For the amount of money we have spent to stay a weekend here and to get treated poorly is atrocious. We live 8 hours away, and if we had known how poorly management treats the guests and doesn't give a proper form of rules that we would happily follow we would have gone elsewhere. So if you are looking to have a good time with friends, I wouldn't suggest booking here. We will gladly take our 1500$ elsewhere next year.

We stayed at the cabin skinny dippin for 3 nights. Cabin was clean, adorable and had everything we needed! Most of all we loved the location! Not at all an intimidating drive. The wifi was great and the hot tub was fantastic. Can't wait to stay again.

We stayed at Cozy Bear in October 2017 for our anniversary. Cute place but disappointed with it overall. It was for sale which I thought was why things werent fixed/updated. Apartment grade kitchen cabinets, bad flooring, carpets stained, lights flickered constantly, electrical problem we think, hot tub didnt work right, dryer didnt work (but was replaced quickly).The maintenance man they sent was great, replaced dryer the same day, couldnt really help with other items  unfortunately-not his fault. Tvs were old tube televisions  except living room one. NO WIFI, Had to clean bugs out of jetted tub before we could use. Would not go back there or rent from them again. Their rental office was messy and very unprofessional, stuff everywhere. Not a good representation of the company. Stayed at Aunt Bugs Rentals the year before in a beautiful cabin- would definitely rent from them again. WILL NOT rent from alpine again, or recommend to anyone.We were compensated for our troubles with 2 tickets to a show we didnt care to see, gave to someone on the strip.

My husband and I booked a cabin for our 1st anniversary and we loved our cabin! It looked even better than it did in the pictures and it was incredibly clean and it smelled good! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the hot tub and the view was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and they helped us out with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

We found our chalet to be very comfortable and well equipped, and a wonderful time was had by all.  Parking at this particular cabin with a church bus, was not the most desirable, but we managed.  I definitely would recommend it to anyone and we plan to make this trip again in 2017.  Hope we can stay with you again.!!
