My mom was in from out of town and stopped here to fill up before she left to go back home. As she was pumping has she was assaulted and fondled in the parking lot by a stanger, only to have the manager ask if she was ok, then left. The manager didn't call police or make report or anything. She got in her car and left without letting an associate know what happened. Apparently this happened last night there as well, from what the manager said. If it happened twice in less than 24hrs and you aren't calling the cops, what kind of manager are you!?!? I will never go to this gas station nor will any of my family members that come to visit now. Customers in the parking lot were more help than the staff here.

I go to this gas station more than three times a week easily and I've never really had much of a problem. But last night I had a situation that has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'm a very courteous person and I almost never get upset by people working behind a counter but I was essentially told that either I pay for my gas twice or I get charged a $500 fine and a felony for driving off because another customer pumped the gas that i paid for in cash. 
When I asked to speak to a manager the manager refused to talk to me and just told her employee to tell me there was nothing she could do. Bad business.

TERRIBLE customer service. The gentleman didn't tell me my total until I asked...did not tell me what my change was. Did not thank me for coming in. I said "have a nice day" and he just looked at me, and turned away to talk to coworkers.. unprofessional and rude!

This is to Audra. It is not and never will be a gas station attendants job to make sure you pump your gas. You actually only paid for fuel one time as you only pumped gas once. It is your fault that you drove off with fueling. I have worked at many gas stations and what that clerk dos was very right. It is unfortunate that you forgot and another customer pumped your first 15. How you came back thinking that the money may still be waiting on that pump and wasn't so you still continued to pump which makes you liable by federal law to pay for that fuel and yes it is a 500 dollar fine as well as having your license suspended for up to 5 years.
