Happy with AT&T, not happy with this store. Takes several visits to get the questions I have answered. Customer service on the phone says one thing, the people at the store tell me another. Get your act together people!

First time visiting this location in several years. Took over an hour to even be acknowledged that I was there. Not to happy but will try one more time.

Worst att store around. Walked in 2x today and was never even greeted. Both times multiple people waiting to even be greeted! Won't be back for a 3rd time.

Not helpful when you first walk through their door. They need to acknowledge all customers walking through their doors. Always feel ignored, but other customers get waited on right away.
