Vincent cleaned our carpets today and was personable, friendly, honest and timely. His cleaning results were amazing and brought our dead carpet back to life. We have 3 boys and carpet with coffee, wine, and dirt stains. We've lived in our house 2 years and the prior owners raised huskies with at least 5-10 dogs. Without me going into that history, Vincent noticed some animals spots that I hadn't even seen, and cleaned our carpets PERFECTLY! We used the 5-area coupon with the small truck, and this was our first time using Alpine ---- HIGHLY recommend the company and Vincent. Ask for him and the small truck if you want perfect service!!!! THANK YOU VINCENT AND ALPINE!!!! You've earned our business for years to come!!!

My first experience with Alpine was mixed but I had my rug cleaned on the strong recommendation of a neighbor. This experience was great. I was given a reminder call the evening before, the technician, Dan, was respectful, informative and pleasant. He contacted me to let me know he was delayed in traffic and would be 15 mins late. The rug looked terrific when completed. Dan made sure I knew what and what not to do after cleaning and made sure all my questions were answered. Because I only had a small area to cleaned, but had to be charged the minimum charge of $249, he threw in a stain treatment and cleaned a small detracted rug for free. Was totally happy and would certainly use again

Alpine Specialty Cleaning really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaning. We just moved into a new house with lots of pet stains on the carpet. Alpine did cleaned them all and really helped with the smell.  When I noticed smell again 24 hours later they came back and cleaned again. Unfortunately, the smell has returned a few weeks later, but we know now it's because the pet urine is in the carpet pad too. Alpine specialty cleaning did a stand up job for their part. They had fantastic customer service.  The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we paid for the all-inclusive super truck package which is what we got for the first cleaning.  On the second cleaning we had a regular van come and I actually liked the results better from the regular van.  The groomer did a better job of making the carpet soft, and the stairs were cleaned much better with the regular van than with the super truck.

We just used Alpine Specialty Cleaning for wall-to-wall carpet cleaning for our home and are beyond impressed with the customer service and results that Dan provided. Prompt, super friendly and professional. He helped move furniture and did a thorough job cleaning the carpets and got out stains that I wasn’t sure would lift or not. Furthermore, Alpine Specialty Cleaning was reasonably priced - our quote was significantly less than Stanley Steemer - and they were done within 3.5 hours for a 3 story home. We would highly recommend their services! Thanks Dan!

Just tried Alpine for the first time and I couldn't be happier. I had rented a few different carpet cleaners and tried my best. With a dog, kids and a grandkid my carpets MIGHT have been cleaner than outside but not by much- even after my 2 attempts. I had  written them off and had told Mike the tech so but he seemed to think otherwise. Fast forward 2 hours and my carpets are almost comparable to new. Wow! I can invite people over again. From first call to final cleanup they are a very professional and competent team. Also- ask about their cleaning solutions, it's really the way to go. Highly recommended.
