This was a retrofit job as my home was built in 1976. I have lived here since 1984 and this is the first time I can say that the whole house is comfortable since having a heat pump / furnace system installed (and Air Filtration too). I had been thinking of getting this done for about 2 years and finally decided to do it. A close friend had this done only a few weeks prior by Blue Flame and it was great to get his feedback on the quality of this system. I feel that the service and the price were excellent and all of the stall that I talked to or saw in person were very professional and gave me a sense of knowing what they were doing. Every question I had was not only answered but in depth explanations were given. From the initial quote through installation I was kept informed of the progress. It is very refreshing to know that this kind of attention to detail still exists in this day an age! Great Job Blue Flame!

Excellent service. Setting up an appointment was easy, the people I spoke with were friendly, personable, and professional. The technician (Brandon) was on time, obviously knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, made solid recommendations, and I felt I understood everything completely. A very pleasant experience all the way around. Will be using and recommending Blue Flame from now on.

Eric from Blue Flame is the service technician every person would want to get help from. He was SUPER friendly, knowledgeable, and happily answered any and all questions my wife and I had about our furnace. His quick diagnosis ended up saving us half the money another heating company was going to charge. I'm thrilled to have found Eric and Blue Flame and highly recommend giving them a shot for your heating and electricity needs.

Service Technician Ben Short did a great job in tracking down where I was hearing a funny noise after my new furnace was installed. He explained everything and assured me it was not a safety issue. (Existing duct work.) He also put in some supports on the side of my furnace so that it was more stable. Ben was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Everyone at Blue Flame has been great.

We've been using Blue Flame for the last 5 years to do our yearly maintenance on our heating and ac. The time had come to replace both unit (they were 18 years old) and we chose Blue Flame to do the work. The technicians (Steve, Shawn and Dane) were amazing - prompt, friendly and very communicative. We hit a bump in the road during the installation and Blue Flame went above and beyond to address the issue and make sure we were 100% satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend them - they stand by their work - outstanding customer service all around.
