Paul, Brad, and their team are awesome! Totally professional and explained everything in detail. We didn't even need a second bid. We will only use Procraft and will recommend them to all our friends.

This is a company that bills themselves as honest and they are NOT! I had three quotes from other companies that were $12,000.00 less then Procraft. Their salesman uses high pressured techniques and belittled my other two estimates. They took over four hours to measure windows and then had to come back to re-measure cause the 78year old salesman wasn't trusted. Their bid came in at over $17,000,00 for 12 windows and a door. I was shocked and speechless when they presented this bid with a straight face. Beware they bring with them a folder with positive reviews that are dated from 2003 and all the reviews had customer personal emails on them. I did some research before they presented the bid and they have a negative standing with the BBB and two complaints with the state attorney generals office. They have absolutely horrible reviews on most review sites and the good ones are not legitimate. Needless to say, if you want to pay way to much and be completely hassled this is your company.

I had three basement windows replaced, including enlarging one opening in the foundation to fit a casement egress window. Customer service was excellent, and the windows perform perfectly. They also upgraded to triple pane for free. I would have given 5 stars except for two details. One, a window was mismeasured and caused a 1-week delay. Two, no mention was ever made of permit requirements. Permits should have been required to cut the foundation for the egress. While this saved money and hassles, it could come back to bite me if I ever sell this house. Update: I had Procraft install additional windows in my upstairs; 6 windows total. I received the same customer service and quality windows that I did previously in my basement installation. However, some of the same problems occured. I believe the problem is, one person gives a quote, another comes and does measurements, and a third team actually installs the windows. This creates a lot of opportunity for communication problems. In this case, the installers again complained that the windows were not measured right and they had to do more work than expected. Also, one window, which was going in a bathroom, was supposed to be a 50/50 split with the lower window frosted and the upper window clear. It arrived with both windows frosted. They told me they would fix it but it would take another 6 weeks. I decided to just stay with the window, as is. The real surprise came later, when the company called me back (a week after the installation, and after they had cashed my check) telling me that since there was more work and materials needed than expected, they wanted me to pay them more money! My family has been in construction of one type or another for generations. I have never heard of a business trying to pull a fast one like that. I told them, "You know, sometimes you underbid a job. I am not paying you a cent more." So, all in all, I am happy with my windows, and would probably overlook the errors that occured on both installations, if not for the backhanded attempt to get more money out of me later. Next time I will be going with another company.
