Love my new shower!  Grateful for the hardwork and dedication of installer, Andrew.  In error I received the wrong size shower; but Bathfitter worked with me to quickly solve the problem and organize another install date so that I would not have to wait long.  Andrew even came by on his day off when I called and informed him my shower was leaking (faulty valves which were also replaced). I can't describe how great it is to have a super white and clean shower!!

Had Bathfitter do a bathtub/shower unit for me 6 months ago.  The process was smooth and the results are holding up well so far.  The salesperson/estimator was low-pressure, and captured our configuration properly.  The installer was on time, did a neat job, and cleaned up well.
No leaks, or any other issues after 6 months.

Twenty years later I am finally having to have them come out and touch up recaulk the tub. Wonderful product and wonderful people to work with.

I called today in regard to repairing a leaking pulse shower tower that my contractor bought thru either them or another pulse shower spas dealer in Seattle area. They stated they do not repair at owners cost (no request for warranty as was beyond it's expiration) this product. Called Pulse Showerspas in regard to who they recommend, but was directed back to Bath Fitter. Do not recommend either companies!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I had a new bathtub installed on Monday/Tuesday and now there is water POURING into the living room ceiling beneath the bath tub AND I can't get a hold of anyone to help me!!!!!!! And this is AFTER my salesman quit and they forgot about my order for two weeks. Negative 10 stars.
