Great hospital. Been bringing my son here since he was born. My son is 6 now and still seeing the same doctor.

the receptionist that answered my call at altamed was so rude he just hung up on me need better staff to answer the phone

Great service!!!!!!walk ins are welcome . Not having to wait for days like my old clinic.The doctors are specialist in pediatric too.what ever emergency you have children's hospital E.R.is always available!!!!!!BEST CLINIC EVER!!

I love my kid's doctor, the only thing that sucks is that to get any shot records or anything you have to go there. They are not online or have the eaze of them being e-mailed or faxed after some verification.

Worst receptionist ever ! I arrive 15 minutes late because the garage for parking was so full I was stuck in line! Then I signed in my son to tell me I need to reschedule. No I ask to speak to a manager and the manager didn't even speak to me just the nurse what is wrong with that!? Many things !! 
Now I'm sitting in this waiting room still waiting till 10 to see if I will be seen. I'm not going to reschedule I'm very upset with this craziness they don't even answer the phones and have you on hold for the longest time! And now to tell me I need to reschedule till November what a MESS! I don't recommend this place to NO ONE!!
