I flew to the area to visit a friend who was ill and found the hospital staff friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. Thanks to several doctors and nurses my friend is recovering nicely. Thanks again CHMC!

Why the ER HORRIBLE AND I MUST USE ALL CAPS TO DO SO! THE BATHROOMS ARE DIRTY THE NURSES ARE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND FOUL MOUTHED WORKERS. NO CUSTODIAL CLEANING DONE. THE AC IS WORKING SO THE ER ROOM IS HOT. THE WAITING ROOM IS FILLED WITH SICK PATIENTS,TRASH, AND BROKEN VENDING MACHINES WITH SECURITY WHO DOESN’T WANT TO CALL FOR SOMEONE TO CLEAN. I REGRET BRINGING MY KIDS HERE SEEING THE CONDITIONS YOU LEAVE THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN WHILE WAITING ON LOVED ONES OR SPOUSES TO COME OUT.

Staff actually cares about you which is rare, most staff is nice and friendly. Surgical staff will explain things in detail if asked, nurses are okay depending on the indivual. Good food.

No dignity in this hospital. The name should be changed. The tone in customer service is not warranted. The community deserves better services.

👍All staff are dependable, courteous/ kind, & listen to you. 🤷‍♂️Facilities inside are kind of grungy but whatever. You're not there for an Ikea convention. 👍Grounds are really well kept/pretty. 👍Service has always been useful and efficient. 👉 My only gripe is the parking costs, the ER doesn't have full range of testing for things like pathogens on site, and medical records aren't accessible on the weekend.
