I was so impressed with Alternative Prop Mgt policies and procedures. When I needed to get something done, I made one phone call and it was done immediately. Words cannot express how much smoother  owning property is now that I've hired Alternative to manage it. I'm so grateful.

There were a lot of problems with our rental property when we came to take possession (a consequence, we think, of a previous management company), but Matt, Diane, and Milena worked tirelessly and conscientiously to solve every one of the issues.  The house is now in wonderful shape thanks to them!  We're very happy with our property now and look forward to staying with this company for a long time.

Matt is definitely the man you need to manage your rental property, or to arrange a good property to rent. He and his team are truly the alternative, their commitment to their clients both landlord and renter  is second to none.

If I could deduct stars I would. They took over my lease from my previous property management company and tried to raise my rent almost $200 out of the blue causing us to move after being loyal tenant for nearly 3 years. They scheduled an appoitment to do a routine inspection of the property then didn't bother to show up or call to say they couldn't make it. When I went to move out they stated in their move out agreement that the tenant wasn't responsable for shampooing the carpets yet they charged me for it anyway. They also tried to charge me for things that were broken before I moved in and tried to get fixed while I was there. They also conveniently forgot to tell me that I needed to resubmit an application to live in my residence when they took over so they are going to deduct that from my move out refund as well. They are flakey, never keep their word, can't even remember what they said to me to keep their story straight. Grateful I no longer have to deal with them.
