Too many branches have closed. ATM out of service. When I tried to call-"Thank you for calling Genesys" then hung up, twice. No longer that feel good bank.

Staff friendly and made opening an account simple. Bank policies and excessive fees for everything is the reason I switched.

We were applying for a HELOC and found it extremely difficult to communicate with the person handling the application.  Emails and phone calls went unanswered.  Information that was supposed to received the next day did not come.  The lack of responsiveness to a potential new loan customer and new account holder was stunning.

WORST BANK EVER !!!!!  Horrible service!!!!  We make a $580 dls deposit on the Amegy Atm,  the machine took our money but never appear on my account , the ladys on the front say they cant do anything,  i have to wait till someone go to count the money on the atm and she say is gonna take 10 days,  what is wrong with that People?????  I need the money now and she only say im sorry im sorry 
Im so mad is the worst bank and the most stupid rules that i ever hear.  Now i know why too many People tell me that is not a good idea make an account with amegy.

thier online banking is not real swift. My personal accounts at two other banks are much more sophisticated than the business account at Amegy.
