They only get two stars because they have a product that I like. I never even received a call when my suits were ready. They of course said they called, no messages were left if they did. There looks to be very little pride in the eyes of the employees. I typically get my suits altered a second time after leaving there. The suits picked up this time will need to go to the cleaners first. They look liked they laid around a floor and got kicked around. My sales guy looked half asleep the entire conversation and only got excited once he realized I was buying something. Someone needs to find a way to motivate the staff. They twiddle their fingers and complain when there is not money just falling in their pockets.

Disappointing at best. The manager was very helpful. I believe had I only worked through him, my experience would have been much better. The other representatives seemed put off that was only there to pick-up two suits that had been sent out for alterations. Had to have one suit sent back for additional alterations. I explained that it was now a rush. The associate set it in as "No Rush" - another two weeks with no attempt to expedite the alterations. The first suit was given to me without being steamed and looked like it had been wadded up in the dirty clothes hamper. No problem - I used the steamer from home to remedy the problem myself. I will be taking the second suit to a seamstress to have the sewing done again as the new seam does not lay flat at all.

Love this store! I always shop the sales and feel like I get a good deal. Service is always outstanding.

I like their clothes quite a bit, but it is the customer service that really makes me write this. They have helped me numerous times. A shirt I bought tore and they replaced it no questions asked, which they did not have to do. Great place with helpful people.
