For well over a month, this location and the Cleveland location has had both ATMs out of service.  Subsequently, as to avoid having to drive 30 miles out of the way, I have had to pay over $30 just in ATM fees to get my own money, in the last month alone.  NOT COOL

Went in to potentially switch to this bank and was very unimpressed with the way I was treated. Ended up going across the street to Chase and the reception was a thousand times warmer, so I ended up opening an account there.
