I go here often. Today they accidentally gave me an extra $200 cash. I called 30 minutes later to let them know a mistake had been made. They weren't very helpful or grateful. I couldn't leave work to return to the bank so they took the money out of my account instead. No one said "Thank you", NOTHING. You would think they would be happy I didn't attempt to keep the money. Extremely Uncalled for.

I just went today to do deposit for my store ,the Lady so Rude just because I have a few deposits in my bag ,she told me to move ..I understand she have customer..she needs to prioritize first come first serve..it’s looks like first come last serve..this happen the last time too..but today it’s not right ..I will be reaching to the manager And report this to cooperate..she didn’t give me any of my receipt Either..

Extremely helpful in every way possible. By far the best customer service Chase has. I had a hold on my check and even when everyone else said there was nothing to be done, they went fixed it in 2 minutes. Whether you are a business or just need a personal bank account, I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks
