I wanted to stay somewhere where I had breathing room. The place we stayed at last week was the best deal in town, but felt claustrophobic with all the stuff we had to bring for our jobs and to stay comfortably for a week. It is in a rather desolate side of town, but compared to the other local hotels, this "almost" equates to a decent Days Inn, Red Roof Inn, etc. As soon as I walked in, I was hooked. It looks like they try to decorate well, the comforter was relatively thick and it had a jacuzzi. Even with the jacuzzi, the room was spacious and I had a lot of room to work. When we stayed, it was quiet, for the most part, save a gentleman outside his room, but you couldn't hear him once in the room. On further inspection, there were some patchy repairs, a long hair on the bathtub, and some signs of wear and tear on the door and walls, but the lobby was nice and clean, had a business center, and a personable staff member at the front.

Not exactly luxury. Clean room. Does not seem to be on a bus line. If you have a car, fine place to stay. No stove.

The room smelled nice and clean. But I quickly noticed pubic hair all over the bathroom floor and sheets and comforter. The jacuzzi did not hold water because the gasket was worn. It was repaired an hour before check out. The curtains were light and thin and the light filling the room at night was enough to light the room all night and you could see every person that went by so I know they could see what I was doing. I spoke to them on the phone before arriving and discussed pricing. But when I checked in they sprung an unexpected$50 refundable deposit which took three days to go back on my account. When I checked in they were very friendly. But upon checkout.. Not so much. I explained that jacuzzi had only been repaired an hour before checkout. They showed no care or sympathy about it. The Continental breakfast consisted of cold toast...A warm pitcher of milk with raisin Bran. Mini muffins and cinnamon twirls and a jug of orange juice. Not too impressive.
