We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Augusta, and it was fantastic. The hotel is very centrally located to a lot of restaurants and bars and is easily walking distance from everything in downtown Augusta. The lobby is super clean and nice, and the free breakfast was top notch. There's also a little market for snacks and drinks, as well as any other sundries you may need. Our rooms were super spacious and clean. Best of all was the kind staff. The front desk managers were so nice and welcoming, and they did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were easily the most attentive staff I've come across in recent years, and we travel a lot for work. We can't wait to come stay here again when we are back in the Augusta area!

Our clients are typically touring entertainers and as such, have spent a lot of nights in different hotel rooms. Recently, a band called Whiskey Gentry stayed at this location and they said that it has it all! The staff was incredibly friendly at check-in (despite the extremely late hour!) and throughout his stay. After the gig, they were able to stretch their legs from the long travels in the fitness room. After catching up on sleep in the clean and cozy room, they grabbed a big breakfast at the complimentary breakfast bar which got the day started in spectacular fashion as they got back out on the road. With such a resounding review from one of our clients, we look forward to sending future clients in the area here!

Rooms were Clean, however it is in a TERRIBLE Area. A lot of crime, gated parking, and gun shots. I recommend using the other Holiday Inn Express in the better part of town. It was recommended to me not to walk the 4 blocks to downtown because it was unsafe. I heard of a shuttle but always ended up driving. Does not look as good as outside pictures but the rooms were pretty clean. Between that and helpful staff, I gave it 3 stars. Without that it would get 1.

We had a great stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean, and this is a great location being close to restaurants and the Riverwalk. And the shuttle service was great too!

First the place is pretty easy to find, and also love the gated parking lot. Didn't have a reservation and they still accommodated me with a room of exactly what I wanted and the floor. Next I needed milk for my baby and they gave me plenty from the complimentary break fridge, so I didn't have to pack my kids up and get some from the gas station. Room was clean and up to standard of what you would expect of this caliber of hotel. Breakfast was great, and though I'm not lactose intolerant they had soy milk here. This is the only place where I have ever seen it, thought it was a nice touch. Also love the fact there's a small shop here too. Lastly the place a great location being downtown and close to the river. All in all this place is a higher standard of what a high standard is. I would recommend to others
