I can't imagine a better place to stay in North Augusta/Augusta. John, the innkeeper, is extremely helpful and friendly. He is very respectful of your space. We stayed for two nights for our anniversary. The whole experience was great. As soon as I booked through the website, he contacted me to confirm our stay and see if we needed anything. I asked him for a host of suggestions and he made sure our trip was filled with the best that the area had to offer. We stayed in the Hawthorne suite. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the jetted tub relaxing. It has its own private balcony as well as easy access to the house, Camellia garden, brick garden, and common area. The main house is tastefully and thoughtfully restored. We also rented bikes and enjoyed the Greenway trail. The bikes were in great working order and he provided a lock for when we journied into town. The location is convenient. We walked to a ballgame at the new stadium and it was only a few minutes by car to go to the riverfront Augusta. I can't recommend it enough. Enjoy the South on the front porch of an old estate or in the comfort of your cool room.

This is a beautifully restored historic home in the heart of North Augusta. A great place for a social Gathering or to get away for a romantic night or just a place to rent for the night very well maintained very historic

I don't normally write reviews, but this place is pretty amazing. It's an old world feel with classic charm. The Inn Keeper was very accommodating as we did have a special request. The wife loves it and already wants to plan future trips back.

The owners and staff have done a wonderful job maintaining this lovely historic Inn.
