We are so glad we went with the Marriott for our wedding venue.  They went above and beyond our expectations to give us a dream wedding!  Jamie was a pleasure to work with during the wedding planning process and there on the day of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly.  The food was amazing and we enjoyed working with the chef who had a lot of great suggestions for us!  The bartender was friendly and all of our guests loved her!  The staff was extremely friendly and did an amazing job decorating and even added touches to make it beautiful!  During our cocktail hour, they moved our ceremony arch and candles to the ballroom to create an even better ambiance.  Jamie is an expert when it comes to decorating and made sure our ceremony room and ballroom looked fantastical.  Every minute of the day was exciting thanks to Jamie and the staff at the Marriott!

An awesome room in a great part of town the front desk staff was friendly and efficient and very quick. My room is really nice it has a big shower with a glass door a really nice modern sink a shower wand tile floor in the bathroom and a fake wood tile floor throughout the rest of the unit nice big king size bed giant TV I don't know 55in maybe 65 in but for a hotel that's really big flat screen,  has  a refrigerator and a view of the river thank you Augusta Mariott.
I'm going to walk to the park it looks like they're setting up for a live band and some kind of event really looking forward to working here.

Beautifully located along side the river walk and walking distance to multitude of dining.  Really no need to walk to get something to eat as the Italian restaurant on site is great. Perfect location for gatherings. While there a Military Ball for soldiers from Fort Gordon and a wedding were held.

I've stayed at the hotel a few times and really enjoy it. The rooms are updated and have cool features like being able to use your Netflix on the TV. The bath soap also smells amazing. On my most recent stay the bed was badly in need of replacement, but otherwise I had a wonderful time.

I reserved a 2 queen suite 6 weeks before my planned visit last weekend with my family of 4.  However, when I arrived, they only offered me a 1 king bed standard room that clearly wouldn't be enough to support all of us.  They then offered us a small standard room with two double beds, which was one of the smallest hotel rooms I'd ever been in, and far below what I paid for when I reserved the room online.  Based on the apathy of the staff, I felt like what they offered in the room was a bait-and-switch form of false advertising.  I never would have booked the room if I had known this was is what I was getting when I reserved it online.  I'd recommend staying somewhere else because you may not get the value for which you paid.
My family did enjoy the breakfast buffet.

Update (3/7/18):  To the hotel's credit, I was offered and received a refund for the inconvenience.  While being downgraded below what I reserved and paid for was disappointing, the hotel did reach out and found a way to make it right.
