Fantastic experience! This was my first MB purchase and I was so happy to find out that there were none of the sketchy pressure tactics I had come to expect from previous purchases through other companies/dealerships. Patrick was excellent! Very knowledgeable but most importantly very open and honest about his experiences with his own E class. If you’re interested in a Mercedes I would highly recommend giving them a look.

I brought my car to this dealership to get a oil change. Once I arrived to pick my car up, I noticed a foul order coming from my vehicle. The dealership kept my car for a week and a half CLAIMING to find the problem. Then I was advised my service advisor that I was responsible for a $340 payment for a replacement of a cabinet oil filter that I did not authorize, and from which they BELIEVE the smell was coming from. I refused payment because when I dropped my car off the smell was not present. I was told a day later that my car was ready and that they never detected where the smell could have come from. The moral of the story... the smell is still in my vehicle and I don’t know what to do. I will never visit this dealership again!

Beautiful showroom professional well educated staff and sales personnel. Fairly decent stocked vehicles. Pricy repair center! Accommodating and provided loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. Easy to get to. Wheel waiting room with delicious snacks and entertainment :) my favorite. I have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership. I trust them and will continue to give them my business.

We had amazing personal service from Michael Francis when we were looking for and ultimately purchasing our new car!  We love the car and know we will have wonderful, personal service at this dealership in the future!  Can't recommend highly enough!

star dealership without a doubt. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and they were able to locate and have transferred to Nashville for me. The Service Department is so great I have even taken non Mercedes vehicles to be serviced there because I knew it would be done right.
