This agency is amazing. Jeanette and Jackie are just the best in the industry. Because of these two ladies and other employees of the agency, I brought all my businesses from another insurance companies to this agency. When I received my renewal notice for my auto from my former, well-known Insurance company and the cost was astronomical - I am a member of Costco and decided to check rates. I called Jabar Dozier's American Family and talked with Jackie, who was pleasant and extremely helpful and provided very reasonable quotes for home, auto, personal property, and an umbrella. Switching was fast, convenient, easy, and saved lots of dollars!
The best experience I have ever had with an insurance office EVER!!! Jackie is fantastic and really knows her stuff- she went through all our policies and made sure we had tailored coverage to fit our needs, at the best price They are always friendly and happy to help and respond immediately - I cannot say enough good things about this office!
I been with American Family Insurance since I moved to Georgia, originally from Michigan for 6 years now. And recently I wanted to make some changes to my polices that I have, Jabar the owner personally called me while he was on vacation and helped me settle on a better plan that worked for me. For two days he was very patience and made sure I was happy and satisfied with my current plans. Thank you so much Jabar!! I really appreciate you!!

It is great to know that Jabar Dozier Agency "has my back" regarding my insurance needs. The staff sets an example for other Agencies to follow. I am pleased to have them as my Agent and can highly recommend for anyone who is searching for their insurance requirements. You will not be disappointed.
I find that Jabar is very hard to get in contact with. He is extremely rude and condescending. It seems he was only interested in making a sale and how much commissions he would receive. He sold me the highest policy that he could but when I actually needed to file a claim he nor American Family Insurance could be found. Do not recommend these snakes to anyone.
Jackie is amazing. Old school customer service. Jackie was patience, detailed, explained the language of specific coverage and made sure we understood.
