Hello, my name is Mark Melton and I have been with Ron since  he first started in business when I moved to Atlanta some 26-27 years ago. I rented my first year that I was here and I asked Ron about Renters Insurance. He said State Farm shyed away from Renters Insurance because it was abused so much. I told him I really needed it, so Ron went out on a limb for me at a conference and he got me my Renters Insurance. Also, I was with State Farm in my home state in a small town, the Insurance Agent of course knew me and my Family for all of our lives so he gave me the rock bottom rates. Ron was a good enough, and honest, man, to continue those same rock bottom rates for me after I went to him to continue my State Farm coverage. After a year, I moved far out into the country away from Smyrna. There were local State Farm agents, but I chose to stay with Ron because of his honesty and his willingness to help you. He has even driven all the way out to my house in his own car, on his own time, to deliver papers I needed. Now that's service with a smile. Not many Insurance Agents will go to such extremes to be faithful to their customers. That is why I am faithful to Ron. I have looked, and I can get my insurance with other companies a little cheaper than with Ron and State Farm,(I cover everything I own with Ron) but the advantages of having Ron on my side, and a great Insurance Company such as State Farm more than makes up for any small savings I may have by switching Insurance Companies. Now, that doesn't mean I don't still look, and if I find a high quality Insurance Company such as State Farm that saves me hundreds of dollars a year..... I will be sorely tested not to switch over. So far I haven't found a company I can trust that saves me enough money to even consider not sticking with Ron. Go see him if you need insurance, and tell him Mark Melton sent you. Guarantee you he knows exactly who I am. And he will give you the same excellent service. Remember the old saying about being penny wise and pound foolish? Well, that includes Insurance Companies. You get what you pay for. State Farm may cost you a few dollars a year more than those no-name Insurance Companies, but when you need them, where are they? You don't get any service from them. State Farm has stood by me through car accidents, damage to my house, Freezer failure losing tons of money in irreplaceable exotic meats, they just wrote me a check and that was it. Didn't raise my rates either, except for the car accidents. They usually raise you car insurance 10% on that car after a major claim for a period of three years. After which it comes back down. That's fair. People need to keep in mind that Insurance Companies aren't Charitable Organizations. They have stockholders to take care of and they HAVE to be profitable in order to stay in business. Keep that in mind when dealing with them. I am in no way connected to State Farm or even Ron, other than I consider him a friend. Ron will take care of you.
