Although I was not eligible for a policy here I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The agent I spoke to took the time to tell me exactly why I was not eligible in detail and explained to me that I was always able to come back and reapply for another quote. As someone who has a few tickets on my record he explained that I should just wait out the time period and could be eligible again. I appreciated that he took the time to help, most insurance companies will just tell you no and turn their backs. I will definitely be back for another try with State Farm.

From start to finish, my family experience nothing but terrible customer service and poor follow up from this company. We were so disappointed by the services we received after having heard such good things and being new to the area.

I've been a loyal customer of Mr. DeBose for years. The level of professionalism and end-to-end customer service is exceptional. Each employee goes above and beyond their role. From a small question concerning my policy to more important issues like handling an automobile claim, they take the time to ensure I'm thoroughly aware of each detail, knowledgeable about the process and comfortable. Joe DeBose's office is highly recommended.
