My Husband and I have been with Val for over 20 years. She handles a great deal for us. Renshaw her office manager has returned and really knows his stuff. He has given good and fair advice on options. He is both personal and professional, to understand what I mean you need to work with him. He does like using up to date technology but will follow if with documentation when needed. I have recommend Val's office to many family members and friends.

My wife & I purchased homeowners insurance in August 2016 and the representative tried hard to push options on us that we did not need and at one point we were told that they were unwilling to allow us to decline some of the optional coverage. Only after we made it clear that the optional coverage was not going to happen, we were able to get a very low rate of $22 per month by maxing out all the deductibles and declining all the optional coverage. They were not happy and with one month our coverage cancelled without notice citing their reason being that our roof was no good ~ yet the home inspectors found no leaks of problems with the roof only a few weeks prior to getting the insurance. Some google research revealed that Allstate has the worst customer satisfaction rating of any home owners insurance company and we can attest that it is indeed true.

This place is a nightmare. My husband and I went on a plan together in 2014 after his parents had been with them for decades. As time went by, our policies would creep up in price often with no explanation. I would call and they would recommend the drivewise app to get a check, blah blah blah. Our last increase was over $90 more a month with no changes in our vehicles or driving records. I spoke Robyn and Chris often trying to figure out why the increase with no help or explanation given. They didn't return calls half of the time. So, I decided to move on. In Feb 2016, I cancelled our plan, after setting up a new plan. Their office manager, Chris, told me to email a notice stating we were switching and include the declarations for my new insurance. Fast forward a month- I start getting statements saying I owe them. I call, Robyn says it's fine. I get another, I call and never hear back, call again and Robyn again says, no, you are good. A collection threat comes, my husband calls. He's told they don't how our declaration and need that to cancel. I RESEND THE INFO. 2 weeks later, I have an actual collection notice. These people are incompetent thieves. I cannot understand how a business that claims to be there for their customers would respond so poorly when I have done everthing they've asked to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER!
