I read the below review and was baffled....so much so that I wanted to give my prospective on this agent/agency. I have been insured with this agency for over 5 years and had the pleasure of dealing with not only the agency owner but his staff as well. I have had nothing but outstanding customer service.  I was impressed with how the team handled my claim back in 2015. I was given step by step instructions on what I needed to do and what I could expect. This was my first accident and I have to say that I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to insurance so having a agency that cared was comforting.  I don't know if maybe this review was meant for another agency, but I have been more than happy with the service that I've received and would recommend this agency to anyone. In fact, I have referred 2 of my family members and both are still insured with this agency.

There isn't enough good things I can say about this office. The staff always goes the extra mile for my family any time we have any concerns. They are always quick to respond.  The ladies who work in the office are super nice.  I am really happy with the service I get here.

I have had my car and home insurance with James and his associates since they opened. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the office and they have gone above and beyond in ever occasion to make sure my family has been satisfied. My husband was hesitant about switching a few years ago since we had the same insurance for quite a while but they have defiantly won him over too and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention being right in the heart of Smyrna has made it so easy to just swing by or call if I have any concerns. Nationwide has for sure been on our side.

If i could give this company zero stars, I would. I have been waiting for almost 4 months for a supervisor to call me back. Every time i've called its that same nonsense "there isn't anyone on the floor".  When i cancelled my account , the rep assured me it would be properly canceled...did they do that...NO. Now Nationwide is attempting to bill me for their screw up and no one seems to be able to find a supervisor in the entire company -_-

Great person to work with for Nationwide auto insurance. He worked lowest premium for me compared to Geico or Progressive. And took care of subsequent changes without affecting the premium much. I referred few friends to him and they too were happy with his service. Highly recommended!
