Great workout that you can walk into and not have to think about what you are going to do. It is completely laid out for you to get your cardio and strength training. Also, the experience becomes more personal with trainers who really care and take the time to help you properly do the exercises. It's overall a great place to call your home gym.

Variety, Variety, Variety - It is a different workout every time. The Coaches are great, they are there to assist if asked and to encourage when needed. You are part of a group not just a number walking through the door

I highly recommend OTF to anyone - no matter what age, shape or size. I find it very un-intimidating and the coaches and staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable and well supported as a newbie. The classes are extremely motivating and coaches really help to pump you up. The music is loud and awesome and each class is completely different so you never feel like any workout is stagnant. What's nice about the workouts is that there's plenty of ways to modify depending on your fitness level or simply how you're feeling that day. I belong to a few gyms and I always feel very challenged and great after each workout. Also, I feel like it's very clean and well maintained and also very organized and structured which I appreciate :) They always have fun contests or events going on like Weight Loss Challenges or longer workout events on the holidays which is already great! They have plenty of membership options which also makes it affordable and easy to sign up for classes as they have their own phone app so you can view the schedule along with your specific class history etc. Go for it!! :) You won't regret it!

Great full body workout! Trainers are knowledgeable, every fitness level is acommodated and it's fun! I highly recommend giving this workout a try!

Been a member for over 2 years and the workouts are always different and always challenging. You get out of it what you put into it. The staff is great and always available to help if needed.
