The Merrimack FITLAB location has plenty of parking and will give you all you need to meet your fitness goals.  Great open space for weight training.  Group fitness classes for all levels of fitness, and a great place to meet new friends and workout in a supportive environment.  Personal training to meet all of your needs.  Check it out!!

A gym is an easy place to hate ....but I love my gym . It also feels like a community  and my family has really enjoyed being members.  From the attentive child care to the quality equipment, it is well worth the investment.  I have also used their training services - Ally. has worked hard to help me improve strength and general level of fitness.  She keeps each workout new and fresh, and very intense.  Definitely an engaged coach! And this is random but I love the fact that there is free WiFi.

Fitness and staying healthy is such a big part of my life, and I am happy to give this FITLAB 5/5 for its pleasant community, the awesome staff, and the friendly environment. I never once felt negatively pressured to join. Both Dana and Ally have been a pleasure to work with in regards to the contract process and training; they walked me through different plans and made sure that I was comfortable with my decision.

When I came across FITLAB after recently moving to the US,  I knew it was the perfect match. I've been a runner for as long as I could remember so when I started to plateau I started looking for a gym and was initially frustrated with all of them. Everything was so insanely priced and as someone who was totally self conscious about starting to lift ,a lot of them gyms were overly intimidating. Fitlab is not only completely reasonably priced but everyone there (trainers, workers, gym members) are so friendly. I absolutely love the total body gym conditioning class and  Kris’s classes .

Everything about this place is awesome.  It's just as nice as high-end gyms, but it has a much more community feel, and it’s very affordable price.  I am in the market for a new gym after having recently moved to NH. After checking out a few gyms, I decided to give FITLAB a try. Everything about this place is awesome.  What differentiates this gym from many others is the dedication of its staff and instructors - they go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable during your workouts, and that you feel as if you are a part of the community.
