If you are going to finance with their preferred lender, American Financial or something like that, be very aware of what you are agreeing to. Make sure they disclose the exact monthly amount due, and the frequency of the payment. I was nearly conned into a 2 year contract for a $3500 loan, with a repayment totaling $9,888 !!! 145% APR ! The terms were vaguely disclosed, paperwork for the loan contract was not given, and an expected email that should have confirmed everything was never received. Had I not called the lender looking for the email just hours prior to delivery, trying to ensure this kind of thing didnt happen, I would have been hosed.Clearly they intended to send me the furniture, with me then being hooked into the contract with a $412 monthly payment ! I was told by the finance company Rep to go ahead and make the first payment next week, and maybe then we can revisit an adjustment to the terms. Um, NOT ! Buyer be very ware...

I went there looking for a living room set and they showed me couch/love seat sets from $600 to $700. They also had some matching recliners for $300- $400. When I compared everything though, it was gonna be above my budget because they charge a $60 delivery fee. This place may be good for some people and they do have a huge variety of mattresses at affordable prices; however for what I was looking for and the budget that I had to spend on it..i ended up going to Winners Furnature Furniture and they have gave me everything that I was looking for, tax and delivery fee included for $667. Just something to consider if you find yourself in my condition. -James

We got there before closing. Chris was the person that helped us and he was awesome. Even tho he and his staff was ready to close for the night they were great not pushy and courtesous. I had gone to 4 other stores before going here and Chris made my day. Last store and final store and he sold me on the bed set i wanted. Thank you so much Chris continue doing a great job and also to all your staff there's!!!!

Quality of the furniture is cheap and poorly made. First i had a couch and love seat delievered and within a week the spring in the couch broke. I go back to the store and pick something different out and spend a little bit more money on it, hoping it's going to be better quality. My sectional started falling apart in under a year. Multiple seams unraveling and cushions wore out. When I finally got around to calling, it was already past the 1 year manufacturer's warranty, so they couldn't help me. They tell me to call the company for the 3 year accidental warranty I purchased when I bought the item. I call the company and give them details about the large tear in my back cushion, she asks how it happened and I said I didn't know. Then when it is sent to claims it is denied since I couldn't specifically tell them how the tear happened. So basically if you don't tell them exactly what made the tear it isn't covered, even if it was an accident(which she never informed me that small detail would deny the claim on the phone) So now I'm stuck with a big piece of junk that cost me around 900 dollars a little over a year ago. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Chris and Angie were absolutely amazing! I've been looking everywhere for the perfect pieces for my new house and they were beyond great! Very helpful and informative not only about the pricing and quality but the assembly of each piece which is very important! Looking for new furniture at a great price with awesome customer service, please come here!
