So far they get a 1, and I say so far b/c I have yet to get my furniture. While in the store and picking out what we wanted we were clear to tell him we had moved and didn't have a bed and needed to order from someone who wasn't going to take a month. Salesman said 1, possibly 2 weeks at the most.  Then after we paid and as you know everything is a Final Sale...he goes to schedule the delivery and he tells us 3 weeks but should be sooner.  As we got closer to that 3 weeks I began calling to see if we knew when it would be in as we travel with our jobs and needed to book a trip.  They could't tell me on a Friday when it would be delivered so I was forced to book a 1 day trip for the following week for work, and then they call Monday and say the only day they can deliver is the same darn day I was going to be away for work. Then said they couldn't come later in the week so it would have to be the following week. I became upset and the 3rd part delivery service informed me that my furniture had actually been sitting in their warehouse for the last week, and that they have 7-10 days to get them out. Very frustrating! And still on hold for a bed.... I'll gladly pay double price next time just for more friendly customer 'service'.

I had a bad experience but they were quick to make it better. I originally recieved damaged furniture. And I had to wait longer for it than i was told. In the mean time, we moved. We were no longer in their delivery range. However, they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They delivered to us anyway. In the end, we were happy

AFFORDABLE  QUALITY FURNITURE.  Excellent staff. Comfortable shopping with no high pressure sales. Prices sell them self Staff is knowledgeable and available! An absolute wonderful experience!!!

I always find the best prices at this place. I have bought several mattresses here because you can't beat their prices. The furniture also holds up and is especially reasonable. The guys that work there are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Have lots of  good furniture  there at very reasonable  prices. I go there first , because  decent furniture  is just way to expensive anywhere else anymore.
