This is a horrible place. Read the fine print! There interest is crazy... The furniture is not even quality! Big Lots furniture is better! Will never but anything there again. We bought a couch which is peeling... Tables and chairs that are falling apart... Have only had 2 years!

When I arrived a Value City I was shown several sofas by Amber even though it was not her primary job.  She answered all my questions which made my choice 
much easier. Kay did a good job completing the sale. 
Although the customer service was was nice the shipping left much to be desired.  There were several problems with arrival dates but they did compensate me for my troubles.

I really wanted to like this place. When I first moved to Louisville in mid-January, I looked around various furniture shops and found this location to have the best selection. Our sales representative was helpful and answered all of my questions. It seemed as though the move would go smoothly. However, I have had several issues with delivery and furniture. Some of the stools that I ordered had defects and needed to be fixed. In particular, my leather sofa ($1700) has yet to be delivered correctly. My sofa was supposed to arrive with all of my other furniture a week after I ordered it (January 13th). When it arrived, it was the wrong color. It was refused and the store stated that the correct color would be delivered by Feb 3rd. A few days before Feb 3rd, the store manager, Jason, called to state that it had not arrived yet, but assured me that it would be in by Feb 9th. Since I was out of town that week, I confirmed a delivery date for the following week, Feb 17. Again, the store and Jason confirmed that it would be delivered then. Feb. 17th came and the delivery crew only delivered a lamp from my original order and stated that their paperwork only said a couch pick up was scheduled, not a delivery. The delivery crew is amazing and were embarrassed by the mix up. I then again spoke with Jason, who told me that the couch had been ordered but that the system did not put it in correctly, so it was not at the warehouse. I still do not understand how that was possible. No earlier call to tell me as such. He assured me that the couch would be delivered correctly today, Feb. 21st, five weeks after ordering it. It arrived today, damaged (leather torn) and still incorrect. There is no side chaise. Waiting for the store to open to speak with Jason again. At this point, it is absolutely ridiculous and the service with the store manager has been completely useless.

Kay coworkers and Delivery were are a True Team! We loveour new Furniture! Kay helped us with set up on the room from our descriptions and pictures. It turned out even better than I could have imagined!!
