The staff at the Preston Hwy store is absolutely the best. The selection of furniture is always up to date, constantly changing so you don't see the same thing. Been doing business with them for over 3 years now. And they will finance you and it does get reported to the credit bureau. Love this place!!!

I wouldn't buy from Fitzpatrick's furniture again if my life depending on it. First, they delivered my bed with no rails and told me it was my problem to get some and put my bed together properly. Manager, was rude and smart mouth with me even with being nice. Then, the headboard cane off bed. Associate, was rude in the phone again. Now, the paint is chipping on the furniture. Was told we would hear from them. That, was two weeks ago. No response.
