Great secret location that you would never know about until you go in there. No tacky stuff bought a sofa comforter from a little Spanish lady who was soo appreciative that we came in. The biggest question is how's the prices we walked out of there with a sectional for under $700 that seats 7 people. It was nice and neutral colors and they had it in stock so we could actually take it home on a Saturday. The guys in the back helped us load up the furniture which was wrapped securely nice guys so nice we tipped them for there hard work and we got it home safe and sound. I would highly recommend this place to all my clients. I'm in real estate and some people are staging on a budget, this is thw place to go.

As an employee and a furniture shopper, I've gotten some pretty good deals, with or without the discount. We honor all warranties, meet or beat most others prices, and I personally offer excellent, courteous, professional service and installation. Check us out.

Overpriced bad furniture and treats their employees like trash. The owner randy is ungrateful and disingenuous to both his employees and customers. As a former employee I cannot recommend this store to anyone because of the unethical business practices the store engages in.

Bought a really cool kitchen table set today. The sales floor associate Lori was very nice and friendly as well as the last sales lady I encountered on a previous visit. So far, I presume I will be also purchasing some couches from here as well.

Bought a dining table here a few days ago. When I opened the box and tried to install it, I immediately noticed that there are a couple of screw base missing on one chair (attached photo), which make it impossible to assemble. There are small scratches on the table as well which I am fine with, but missing assembling parts is something not ok. When I called the store and warehouse, they asked me to drive two hours to bring it back, or ship it back at my own cost to get it repaired. Could not understand why I have to be responsible for this quality issue myself. It claims that there are five-year warranty with this product, so am just wondering if anything happens later in case, do I need to haul the whole package all the way along back to store at my own cost so as to receive warranty service? Frustrated.

Gave three stars for the warm greetings when walked in first time and the fair price. But post-sale customer service matters as well.

Follow-up: Contacted by store manager and get this resolved. So far is good now, thank you!
