This review is for follow up customer service. We spent as what our sales person called an investment in our furniture, quite a bit for a new sectional. I am having issues with it. Some of the seams are coming apart. Some of the cushions are collapsing. I have sent pictures and emails. I have made calls. They have yet to call me back. They keep saying a technician will get a hold of me. I’ve been waiting to hear from them since the end of December. How many more times do I need to call them? This customer is beyond frustrated!

UPDATE: They have now reached out to me. My issue should be solved in 4-6 weeks. I’ll check back in with a final update.

My family and I were looking for a new bedroom set. We walked into the store and we must have been there a good 10-15 minutes walking around before a sales lady had noticed us but it took another few minutes for her to get off of her phone and ask if we needed any help. We told her we were looking for a new bedroom set and she told us to look around because it’s spr as all over the place l and that if we needed anything to come find one of the staff members. Apparently what ever she was doing on her phone was more important than making a sale. After that we turned around and walked out. With that type of service, we will spend our money else where.

After purchasing a large sectional sofa from the Maple Grove Becker location and having an issue with color match after additional pieces were custom ordered, both Giles and store manager Shane spent a lot of time making sure the situation was resolved to our satisfaction.  Customer service really was excellent.  Have shopped this store before and will continue to be a loyal customer.

We were looking for a mattress. The lady that helped us was extremely knowledgeable. She took her time and found us the perfect mattress for our needs.

Becker has treated us with exceptional customer service. Great product quality and when we had an issue they immediately took care of the problem. I wish all stores handled customer service as well as Becker has.
