Everything was spectacular. We walked in and were greeted by Glenn within a minute who asked what we were looking for. After describing our wants, Glenn took us all over the store looking at our options, until we found the perfect set. Everything was fast, and delivery was set for a few days later. Day of delivery, they called and asked if they could come early, which worked perfect. And they were on time! Finally, a day after delivery the furniture was put on sale, and a 5 minute call later I had a refund for the difference. Top notch customer service, and will definitely be going back for future furniture needs!

I worked with their Design Consultant, Lori, recently and she was great! She was kind, courteous and fun to work with. I knew I needed furniture but wasn't sure where to start. She was a huge help to me and I cannot wait for my new furniture to arrive! Not only that, she's going to help me with accessories. What fun! Thanks again, Lori!

Over the past several weeks I have stopped in to World Rugs numerous times to browse for rugs. Meleah has been so helpful and very customer service focused. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me look through all the rugs, plus check into items not in stock. She took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

We needed new furniture for our deck and walked into HOM Furniture to check things out. We just started looking and Jim Baird introduced himself to us and offered to help. He led us to the right department and just let us look around and answered our questions. He then gave us a few minutes to really sit in chairs and talk ........ so nice not to feel pressure and be able to discuss alone. He came back as he said he would and then taught us a little more about the difference in brands. He was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. We bought what we wanted and really just had a great experience. We would recommend Jim anytime!!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I had unsuccessfully visited quite a few stores before deciding to go to Hom. I first worked with Paul, an assistant manager who made my experience fun and personal. I could tell he truly cared to help me find the perfect couch, and trust me I'm pretty picky. On this initial visit I didn't pick out a couch. A couple of weeks later I came back to make my final decision, and Paul remembered exactly what I was looking for without hesitation. I had found a couch in the clearance section, so I wandered up there and got to work with Karen. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She made the purchasing process go by extremely smoothly and made sure I was getting the best deal. Overall Paul and Karen were amazing to work with, and I highly recommend shopping with them at this location
