Staff rocks.. love these people. Been locking up my semi truck and trailer here for about 7 years now when home. Have always been accommodating to my schedule and odd hrs as well as tailoring my storage fees to my unusual needs. Professional, courteous and fair.. can't ask for much more than that.

I moved out of my apartment in July and needed a place to store my stuff while I stayed with my parents for awhile. After calling around I got to this place and they were a little more than the cheapest place but definitely more convenient for where I was staying. I went in there hours before I moved out and they helped me right away, showed me the different sizes, explained the rates, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and even upgraded me to temperature control for free! The storage is gated and password required to get in, there's 24 hour security cameras so I know my stuff is safe, and there's insurance, you can't beat it. Their specials are amazing and they really are the NICEST people! They don't hassle you about late payments, just give friendly reminder phone calls and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit!!

I've been using this great facility for years and continue to do so while deployed to Kuwait.  They have always been super helpful with any issue and consistently professional with the business side.  I have seen a few changes over the years but always been completely satisfied.  Thanks you guys and keep up the great work!!

My husband and I needed to move some stuff in and out of our storage units at American Mini Storage a couple of weeks ago. We moved 2 days straight and were exhausted. We also rented a moving van from them. We had it through Friday and Saturday. We were in the storage facility moving the rest of our stuff into our units and wanted to get it all finished that Saturday night so we could sleep in the next morning and not have to bring the truck back then. We did not realize that you could not get back out of the facility past 10 pm, just could not get in past that time. We proceeded to leave approximately 11:30 that night and had no way of getting out. The only choice we had was to knock on the managers apartment and get her to open the gate. When she finally came to the door I noticed that we had woken her up. I kept apologizing but from the start she was very rude. I kept trying to tell her that we did not know we could not leave the facility past 10 pm just could not get in past that time and she just continued to be extremely rude. Telling me that she is so annoyed at me and she just wanted me to get out. She would not even let me try to explain. She just kept telling me to get out and did not want to discuss anything with me. We both felt very bad and were very tired, but did not feel we deserved that kind of behavior. We have been good customers renting 2 units for approximately 2 1/2 years. If we did not still have so much stuff in the units to move I would have it all out of there and moved to another storage facility. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone and would never rent anything from them in the future.
