Story

Welcome to Albuquerque North / Bernalillo KOA. On the road to Santa Fe, just north of Albuquerque, this is a flower-filled oasis where the helpful staff will make your stay a memorable one. Catch the Rail Runner Express in Bernalillo for train excursions to downtown Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Belen. This KOA offers easy access to the attractions of New Mexico's two largest cities, as well as to ancient Indian ruins, ghost towns, pueblos and all the beauty of the Southwest. Soak in natural mineral hot springs in the Village of Jemez Springs and stop by Soda Dam. The campground features a shaded pool (a rarity in the desert) just steps from your Camping Cabin, tent site or RV pull thru. It's a terrific gathering spot for groups and families with an outdoor covered pavilion, playground, two dog parks, volleyball, horseshoes, book exchange, video rental, and a great gift shop with Native American crafts, RV supplies and everyday essentials.

A very clean and well organized KOA Campground. The young lady at the check in desk on March 19th was so friendly, kind and helpful. The gentleman who took us to our site was just as kind, friendly and helpful. Lots to do if you choose to stay as well as a spotless shower and washroom. Would definitely come back to this KOA again.

Our favorite campground. We have stayed here a few times and love it. Friendly staff, slots are roomy enough to keep your slides out, propane refills near the office, and plenty of friendly long term folks. Then there is the brewery just next door offering craft beers and food or call one of the local places that offer delivery. Close to just about everything.

Nice little park. Close to a lot of places. They have propane. Great dog walks. Good laundry but only open when office is open.

We have stayed at this campground twice in the past year, and have found staff to be very friendly and organized. The entire facility is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition - campsites are in tip-top shape, as well. Our dogs have enjoyed traveling with us at this campground, with plenty of space to walk, and two clean dog park areas. We would recommend this location to all fellow travelers!
