ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I REALLY WANTED TO DO 1/3RD OF A STAR......I usually am very understanding when it comes to working with businesses who have sales positions. (That is my background) The lack of communication, the horrid leadership who is NEVER at work. Customer Services is NOT a focus when it comes to making the process of buying furniture a true pleasure. Multiple times Delivery date was extended. Manager NEVER returns calls and it so happens that every time a call was made HE IS NEVER THERE. Multiple gatherings at my newly purchased home were cancelled because of the lack of communication and the delayed delivery times. Again, I understand that there are multiple parties involved. I do, but the the false expectations and the lack of communication is horrible. Take your money and go elsewhere. Otherwise, make the purchase and make sure you have dedicated time to go and sit there while they make phone calls to locate your furniture.

Purchased a beautiful queen bed frame here. Great selection, excellent quality, decently priced. Staff are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We'll be back!

My experience was a nightmare. I ordered the bed online. The product was delivered quickly. I got all the parts out and started to assemble the bed. I noticed one of the slats was broken. I kept putting the bed together because the store was not yet open. I assumed I would call and would either be able to pick up the part from the store or it would be ordered and shipped to my house. I was informed that a technician would have to come to my house to retrieve the broken part to confirm which it was. I was very confused because I could easily tell them the part. Plus the packing instructions says to contact the retailer if you have issues with any parts. After the technician left me house I was told I would receive a call that day which I did not. I called later that day and was told the technician had left and would call me the next day. They never did so I called the store. I was told that I would have to bring the entire bed back and another one would be ordered and delivered to me. I was told this was the case because it was an online order and was shipped from another company. I told the customer service agent I thought that was ridiculous and a task that would be extremely difficult because I had the bed mostly put together and at that time would not fit in my vehicle. I was told to call the company Value Furniture in which the bed originated from. They told me the same information. I told them I would need someone to pick it up. I was told if that was the case I would be charged a delivery fee. My issue was never followed up on by either company as multiple days went by before I could disassemble the bed to bring back. I brought the bed back and received a full refund because of the terrible service and experience I had. I also found the bed much cheaper from another company, received it without any broken pieces. Would not recommend someone placing an online order. Nightmare situation.

I visited American Signature Furniture in Franklin, TN to shop for furniture for three rooms. Wow, what a pleasant and non-stressful experience, thanks to the exemplary customer service provided by ASF employees. Liz heard my needs and preferences, asked the perfect questions, and gave experienced advice. I actually made three visits to the store and each time was there one-two hours. Liz was by my side each trip patiently and steadfastly processing my order. She's a jewel! Another salesperson, Brian even found a phone charger for me to use! The delivery men, Dennis & Dejaun were friendly, fast, and conscientious of the delicate pieces and the surroundings. American Signature in Franklin, TN is now my GO TO store for furniture needs!
