I came into Ashley Furniture looking for an affordable couch and kitchen table. Ellen took care of us and she was seriously amazing! She really took her time showing us around the store and making sure we saw every possible option. She really got to know us and what we were looking for. We left and came back the next day to purchase the items and the process went so smooth! Ellen really worked with us to make sure we got the best price possible and we even got the couch delivered the very next day to my apartment. Furniture shopping can be stressful but Ellen made it easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture!!

The WORST! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went to buy a couch, bed and three piece table set a month ago. I paid an extra $120 to receive my bed for an earlier date, and when it arrived the box spring was broken. The store put in a work order and a man arrived a month later to take a picture of the damage. I got a call a few days later that he took the "wrong photo" and that ANOTHER person would be coming out in ANOTHER MONTH to take ANOTHER photo. Still living with the broken bed. I ordered a set of three tables which upon delivery, were the wrong tables. It took them a week to call me back. I wanted to cancel the order because I found the tables cheaper somewhere else. Of course they tried to make me repay a stocking fee for the tables that THEY GOT WRONG. I'm still fighting them on all of these issues and it's been over a month. They said they would repay me my delivery fees and of course they have not. DO NOT GO HERE. They seem friendly and nice at first but I definitely was scammed. My salesperson conned us into buying more furniture and seemed like a good, solid guy but clearly was only in it for his own benefit. I am looking at other negative reviews and see the comment below posted by the store. I highly doubt that Ashley Furniture helped them after they sent their emails. I have not been helped at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND LOSE MONEY.

Absolutely fabulous experience! I’m a furniture-shopping newbie, as I just closed on my first home. Douglas worked with me .. I told him I was thinking of purchasing a high-top table for my kitchen table. He immediately brought me over to the table I ended up purchasing. Home run on the first try. I also bought a sectional couch, which is where I am writing this review from. I may no longer have a social life because all I want to do is lounge on this amazing couch for the rest of time! Haha - kidding - I am sure I will eventually find motivation to get up off of my new couch .. but until then, I shall stay in my ever-so-comfy reality.

Had a extremely good visit .. Seth took his time in helping me look and relook at least 2 times through the store ... Helped with making suggestions and colors .. I only went in to purchase a couch and ended up with an entertainment center and kitchen set. The sale was just what I was looking for even though I went in with a budget. It’s hard at times to find good furniture when you have a budget to keep in mind ! I have and would shop again. I have told many people they should take time and stop in, I was so pleased !

I had a great experience with Ashley. Everything that Ashley managed came in on time and as promised. The white glove service was great. The only thing that was unknown was the delivery of a piece that wasn't handled by Ashley, but to be shipped by another company. I had to call Ashley for my tracking number, and they tracked it down for me, which I appreciated as it seems like it hadn't yet been shipped.
