Had a great experience shopping at this store! Was casually approached by Ron when we entered the store. We explained we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted but was going to have a look around. He gave me his card and told me he’d find me in a bit after we had explored a little. A little while later, we started narrowing down our ideas and he walked us through all of our options (couch type, colors, pillows, etc). The ordering process was quick and the couch arrived on time! The delivery guys were great, personable but professional, and had us set up and all packing materials cleaned up in no time! Will definitely be back for our next furniture and decor needs!

The selection is unmatched. We purchased a couch and it was delivered. Week went by and decided we did not like it, it just didn't work with the room the way we had imagined. They exchanged it for us with a new couch we liked from the store no problem. Great service.

They have great customer service. Kudos to Sheila. Caprice help me with my price match. Thanks to the owner of Hooker who allowed the price match to happen. I had some issues with a few items that were delivered but they quickly solved those problems. The delivery company they used were awesome both times...very handsome guys and mannerable.

Terrible customer service I spent $8000 with them over $3000 on couches that never reclined correctly . When I called them to tell them about the couches not reclining correctly they said it’s because they are new and they have to wear in. 2 Year’s later they still do not recline correctly and the leather is ripping on the edges of the recliner it rubs every time I open the recliner . So I called to report the problem and Trish acted like she was gonna help us by contacting the manufacturer. The next morning she called to inform me it was out of warranty but she would sell me some sleeves to go over it at $150 a sleeve. Which will make it even harder to recline and will just tear again. So I asked her for the manufactures info and she told me she couldn’t give out the manufacturers information . Not a name or anything totally leaving me in the dark. Also a month after we bought the furniture I found the mattresses we bought for $700 cheaper when I priced them online. Buyer beware they are overpriced and their couches are cheap Chinese sweat shop junk...
