We have purchased our second sofa from Sprintz.  From the moment we walked into Sprintz, Benny, our sales associate, was incredibly helpful and patient as we had our entire family with us.  We had to special order our furniture, which came in several weeks ahead of schedule.  We were doing some remodel in our home and weren’t ready for the pieces to be delivered, so Sprintz stored it and let us set up delivery when it best fit our schedule.  

We have had several deliveries from different companies over the years and I have never met two of the most kind and respectful men from the moving company that was hired from Sprintz.

Thank you Sprintz for paying so much detail to your customer service, from your showroom door to our own home.  Your furniture store will continue to be our first choice to shop.

The Sprintz Furniture has a lot selection and quality furniture! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The deliver term very nice and helpful. I would love to come back and buy more furniture!

I cannot say enough great things about Sherry Murphy! She’s immensely talented, professional and helpful, every step of the process. She is amazing. Your store selection is massive. Customer service is excellent. And prices (during your anniversary sale) were better than anything else I found elsewhere.

We shopped at all the furniture stores in Cool  Springs and liked the inventory and working with a designer (Sherry) at Sprintz best.

Sprints Furniture does not stand behind the products they sell or the warranties they sell. Buyer beware of their customer service and their Guardsman Extended Warranty, which is not worth the paper it's written on. I just got the run-around from Sprintz and Guardsman, on a legitimate warranty issue. Neither party would do anything other than offer for me to purchase a new cushion cover. We contacted the manufacturer (Bernhardt) and they agreed to ship a new one at no cost. If you're looking for Bernhardt furniture, buy it from anyone other than Sprintz, and avoid Guardsman at all costs.
