This is not the place to get high end furniture, but the quality of the furniture they sell is great for the price. It's basically "rooms to go" furniture at 60% 9f the price.

In addition to that, they have great customer service and kind employees to help you make the right furniture choices.

If you need decent furniture at a great price, you'd struggle to find a better place to buy.

Just like another customer review listed on here, I too asked about delivery and was told that they just drop it off which I was fine with but was told if it turned out damaged when I opened the box then it would be my responsibility to find a way to bring it back to the store to exchange it and they would not re-deliver without charging me again. It was explained to me that's how they keep cost down....might be but I would imagine it destroys their repeat business . I still have 2 bedrooms to furnish as well as a dinette. I'm sure I can find someone who is confident enough in their product and customer service skills who will take my money.

I would put zero or negative stars if I could. I tried to send an email to the email address on their site. It comes back as undeliverable. Figures!  Biggest pieces of trash I’ve ever bought.

Do NOT buy anything from this store. We bought 2 recliners from this place just over a year ago and they are both trashed.  We even bought the extended warranty. Flipped over the chairs and the few pieces of metal (the rest is particle board and cardboard) have literally snapped in half. Between the warranty company and this store, no one will fix or replace them. “Oh, you went over your 90 days, oh, it had to be submitted in 2 weeks etc. “.  So many excuses and NO customer service. Should’ve gone to Laz-y-boy, would’ve gotten quality AND customer service.

Great service. You walk in, they check in amd let you go about your business without pressure! Shout out to Chris for helping us choose the right sofa based on our needs!
