Great selection of furniture. Excellent customer service. Channel was my agent and we bought a bed and a chair from her. She was very helpful and very personable. Taking to her felt like family we could trust, and she is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend seeing Channel. Also the store manager Danielle was very kind and helpful. I will continue doing business with this store.

Chanel is my sales representative, and I must say she is WONDERFUL! This young lady is knowledgeable about their product, she is committed to making your vision come true, she is patient, and she takes the time to decorate your home as if she is decorating her own. She has gone as far as to drag furniture from one end of the store to the next just to make sure some of the pieces I was considering putting together actually matched! She tracked my items to make sure if I paid for them by a certain time, they will be delivered at my expected time. And what I mean is she would print out a list of my items, go through them individually and note “this is in stock, this will be in stock on this date” etc…. I can’t say enough about her, I have referred friends and neighbors to her. And had she not been my sales person, I can’t say I would’ve furnished my entire home with this store. Not to take away from anyone else, but she is great with customer service and that is rare these days….

Today I had a pleasant experience with my delivery of my purchase. Corey and Mark both was very respectful of my time by calling me 30min ahead to let me know they where coming. They was able to get the furniture inside without any scratches or incident. They both had excellent customer service. Job well done! Thank you! Happy Customer

Update: BUYER BEWARE. After a few months of having this furniture and having to deal with their Rent-A-Center Acceptance financing company, NEVER again. I had no idea this place was really Value City which means extremely cheaply made. And I didn't know that Acceptance was Rent-A-Center. These people will harrass the hell out of you all while ripping you off. This furniture is not worth the retail price and is definitely not worth financing. Eddie and CJ were great delivery guys. My furniture was big and had to be placed in a tight space. They took care in getting it in and suggested the best way to situate it to give me more room. I took their advice and my room looks great.

Better than Ashley down the road. Quick introduction and they let you look around. I can't stand to be hovered over. They were easy to find when I had a question bit I did not have an audience everytime I sat on something different.
