Customer Service sucks. Sales associates sit around talking to each other. We were greeted by a older gentleman who asked what we were looking for which were dinning room sets. He said O we only have a few and they are in the middle over there and over here. He told us his name but I forgot it because he wasn't friendly at all. We look around didn't see anything. So as we were walking out 2 sales associates (1 of which was the guy who greeted us)they were just talking and he was on his phone he didn't even look up, nobody said have a nice day, did you see anything you like, here's my business card or anything.

Mary was a great sale's person. The store has some pretty nice selections for sectionals which is what we were mostly looking for. Mary definitely made the experience pleasant for my wife and I. 👍🏽

I visited Rooms To Go on Turner Hill this past Friday 11/24/17. I was not greeted at the door as they usually do, but I had to take into consideration that they were a little busy than usual. I already knew what I wanted from shopping online; I just wanted to see it in person. I was looking for a sales person, as everyone was busy trying to make a sale when I came across an associate by the name of Jocelyn. She was somewhat okay, but we did not have her full attention. She lied to us and told us that if we did not get the furniture delivered than it would void the warranty, the warranty was vaguely explained anyway.  Something told me to call customer service to verify this info and he confirmed with me several times that it did not void they warranty if we picked it up at their warehouse. I wonder why she had to lie; it was unnecessary and unprofessional. Does that boost their commission sale when they get the customer to purchase the delivery? Anyhow, the customer service rep Byron changed it from delivery to pick up which saved me $129. In addition, their fabric protection plan as a previous review stated is a rip off. If you want to save money, research how to protect your fabric first before you buy it. The 2 stars are because the rep lied to us for no reason (unprofessional) and she was not that attentive.  Also, she never went into details about the delivery process when we first agreed to have it delivered.

I was in the market for a statement piece mirror to go in the hall.  Boy did I find the perfect one.  The best part I  like is the sales reps don't follow you around the store.
