I recommend this store 1000%. Stillman and the sales manager were awesome and very professional. Stillman had a great personality and saved us money! Both of the gentlemen knew what they were talking about, had great opinions, as well as options. I was even convinced to do the protection plan thanks again guys, Brandon!

I worked with Stillman to find a few new pieces that I saw online. Stillman gave me a quick lesson in the various levels of build quality that ultimately led to my purchase decisions.  He was very professional and knowledgeable and made the shopping experience pleasurable. While I was there, he was training a new Salesperson, Carla.  She exhibited the same high level of professionalism and attention to detail as Stillman.  Ashley Furniture Buckhead offers a great selection of products and the staff is nothing less than stellar. I'll certainly do business with Stillman and that location again.

Thank you for helping me find a great deal on my new bedroom set! Chance was the associate that helped me, he was great! I was able to get more for my money than I had first expected to get. I will definitely be returning for new living room furniture very soon!

My wife and I were looking for furniture for our house and looked at Rooms to Go but were little hesitant to buy from there.  I had read good reviews of the sales rep Mr.Stillman @ the Piedmont Ashley location and asked for him when we visited that store. I am so glad I did.  Stillman was very nice, helpful and came across as a very honest guy.  He explained in detail about the furniture and the protection plan we looked at and was even available on phone on his off day when I reached out to him  to modify our order.

We ended up buying couple of furniture items and they also agreed to match the online price.  I didn't get a chance to work with other sales reps but I will pick/recommend Stillman every time to anyone looking to shop at Ashley. We feel good about our decision to go with Ashley Furniture.

The Manager Mike Poole was also helpful. Overall a very happy experience. Let's hope the furniture delivery experience is equally good.

The experience in store was great! The delivery part was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My delivery was #10 and I tracked it. The system stated they were on delivery #9. I get a call from the driver stating they are on delivery #7 and it would be midnight before I could get my furniture when I had a window from 2:30pm-6:30pm. Base on the delivery I’d never recommend anyone to shop here because it’s obvious your time isn’t a concern to them. My Salesman Chance was AWESOME 👏🏽
