It's all about them not the customer.
Imagine you have taken the time to sit on a lot of different couches looked at a lot of different pieces and then finally find one that you really like and say I'll take it

Then the dump tells you that you will be receiving one from the warehouse and they hand you a piece of paper that says no refunds you must inspect the piece before the driver leaves at the time of delivery and that they will not be responsible for any variations of color or how it fits you when you sit on it.

Now you've been shopping for a long time and you've sat on the one in the showroom and you've inspected the one in the showroom in the one in the showroom is the one that you expected that you were buying after all this is the dump and that's how they make it seem in their advertising

So you ask them why can't I not just purchase the one that I've chosen and they say we don't sell the floor samples we have four more of them in the warehouse that we need to move to make space in the warehouse and I say well then take the one from the warehouse and put it on the showroom you have to take one out of the warehouse anyway? And they simply say what we don't do that
it sounds like to me they really are not interested in customer service or customer satisfaction only extended warranty sales and  just their way of doing business 
 I even took it to a sales manager with no resolve hence I did not purchase why would I pay for a piece of furniture I have not seen nor had not sat on and they would not even agree to pulling the one out of the warehouse for me to sit on and inspect in the store they said that would take them hours to pull it out of the warehouse for me and then the sales manager walked away ...

I wouldn't waste my time here. The sales people didn't help and I heard one of the sales men making fun of the color of my hair to two other customers. How is this professional? Just because my boyfriend and I look different dosent mean that we were broke or "just looking". We were wanting to buy since we bought a house, and wanted new everything. I guess I expected more but I guess the name is fitting for a reason. 
The selection was very cookie cutter and bland, and some of the displays we're missing parts. So to top off of that plus the service we had or lack there of we won't be back. 

When we left annoyed but we found a place called Decor Furnishings and they had such amazing pieces. You can customize almost anything in the store without adding to the cost. The staff was amazing! Ask for Phillip if you go. I felt welcome and really helped so we spent our money here.

The first time I went to the dump they were full of high-end expensive furniture, that even with discounted prices were still well out of budget for me.  The last couple of times I've visited, though, their prices have been much more reasonable, with many of their pieces rivaling regular furniture stores (Rooms to Go, Ashley's, Haverty's) in price.  

Furniture is grouped by type - beds, couches, chairs, etc.  You can find some good pieces here, but note that what you see is what you get - you may not find a reclining chair to match that sofa you found that you love, and finding multiples of the same piece (for example, 2 identical chairs) is not guaranteed.  You can't order items; if you like something, the one in front of you is the one you get.

My delivery experience with The Dump was very satisfying , the guys who delivered my furniture was very professional , clean and on time. I defiently remember the guys name , (Allen and Titus) they both were very respectful and even help me moved my old chair to the basement. I would defiantly recommend these guys for next delivery

Total rip-off!! Prices are so over overpriced for the quality I see now why they're only open Friday Saturday and Sunday. Return policy sucks exchange for equal. There's a restocking fee on everything that you return if you don't spend equal or more. Bad experience.   Salesperson was young and didn't have any detailed information on either the furniture or the rugs that I was interested in. Will never go back.
