I went in looking  for a white set for girls room. Not sure what I would find. Behold, a Disney princess set! A tiny rub on to left corner  otherwise in perfect shape with

Then found new "outlet" pub table and stools.

Sale man name TONY! Sold us a mattress and we paid for it. We happen to be up this way because we went out out of town Friday and headed back through Sunday to pick up our mattress. 3 hours later after we left the store he told us that he had sold our mattress. And that we would have to drive to Suwanee Monday-Saturday to pick it up. We live little above Macon South. Way out of our way. And he would not sell us the step above it unless we paid more. Step up was only about $150.00 more. Bad dirty business!!! We asked why he couldn’t do more to satisfy us since it was completely his fault. To NO avail. Better make sure what you are buying is there. Because he lied to us said they have the mattress, sold us a mattress he didn’t have in his store!!!!!! We have bought several things at this location but never again.

Patrick was very patient and knowledgeable about the products.  He also made sure I was happy with my selection as well as the delivery date.  He actually remembered me from the first time I window shopped and told him I'd be back, which I came back 2 weeks later.

Sales guy was great. Only horrible experience was with delivery.  Make sure to leave a 24 hour window for the delivery of the furniture.   I took half a day off for no reason. Driver called @ 5:45 saying they were 5 min away all though I was already late to be somewhere I was ok with it finally at 6:15 they called again saying they were stuck in traffic. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave to an appointment I had. Honestly any other day it would have been fine. I called the main line very frustrated. You can tell they get calls like this a lot because Lolita which was the manager said she was gonna hang up.  She did so I called after a few minutes once was ok with the situation because I was def very frustrated.  Pat Austin answered the phone the second time.  Since it was my fault I took half of the day off to get one piece of furniture delivered they said it would be an additional 24 to 48 hours

"Our staff will load your two couches into your vehicle for you..."   The most unprofessional, rude, inept loading department I have ever seen.  Five guys standing around doing nothing and they expect the customer to get in the back of their truck while one guy pushes the furniture on top of you.  When I called customer service, on the other side of the store, I was asked what I was waiting for and to get in and help.  What  a complete joke. Cheaply made furniture, overpriced and possibly the worst customer service you will ever find.  My local DMV has better customer service than this place. Avoid like the plague.
