I called simple pick up gave address asked for wait time no more than 30mins so out I stood for an hour and 10 mins waiting tried calling back four times thing they can do to improve have the persons number of who your picking up like most do..

This company is very professional, courteous, and respectful. I was pressed for time and called Discount Cab to get to the airport in time. I waited and waited for them and then called this company. they were there in less than 15 minutes. I called Royal taxi and they wanted too much money!!!!!  They wanted to charge me 60 dollars to get to the airport where as this company only charged me 30. Also when I called Royal Taxi the person on the phone I could not understand him and he was very rude.. I called this service and they really know how to answer their phones professionally.I would recommend this taxi service to anyone. The driver I had was very professional and provided a very stimulating conversation.

American Yellow Cab is by the best cab company I have had since I have moved to Tucson Arizona. They are nice when I call and the drivers are always on time and I would recommend their service to everyone in Tucson. I have never used a Cab Service quite like American Eagle Yellow Cab. They are the most professional cab service I have had the pleasure to use. I have used other cabs in the past and they have disappointed me every time. American Yellow Eagle cabs are clean and smell great. All the other cabs I have used were not well maintained. They have never tried to cheat me in taking longer routes and this is something I highly look at in any cab company. I will never use any other cab company other than American Yellow Eagle Cab. They were on time and were early to pick me up to get to my train on time. Thank you American Yellow Eagle Cab.

Their drivers are very professional and always on time i needed a taxi at 8:00am but the driver showed up at 7:45am and told me to take my time they have the best rates in town.
