I was cursed at and refused for future service when I called in to cancel my reservation. This occurred after the individual informed me that a round trip service is actually two reservations and I let him know that I didn't know that was how it worked. I wasn't upset about it, just simply stating my lack of knowledge. He was definitely agitated from the moment he answered the phone. I wouldn't recommend this service, it may be the cheapest, but not worth the unprofessional service.

Great service Clean car and prompt with half hour call before pick up. Why would you even bother with Uber . will definitely use again..

Stellar service at a reasonable price. I will not use anyone else. Please make sure you book early to take advantage of their discounted price.

Fantastic service! This is the first time I've ever really looked forward to writing a review for a company. Used them RT to the airport. Drivers are professional, courteous and responsible. Making reservations was easy. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Prices very reasonable. My first ride was around mid-night -- the driver was waiting inside for us with my name on a tablet. This was an exploratory visit before moving. He was happy to chat with us and answer questions/provide information about different areas of the city. My return to the airport, the driver was equally happy to chat or leave me in silence. He answered any questions I had and didn't needlessly chatter (sometimes I just like quiet). Not only will I use them again - I will keep their contact info in my phone for friends and family. Many flights from the East Coast land at midnight. How nice that I'll have a reliable and reasonably priced car service! Book today!

I will never use an airport shuttle in Tucson again. It really doesn't get any better than 520 Express. Waiting for me before I got outside TUS to help me with my bags when I got to Tucson and showed up right when they said they would when I was heading back to the airport. Both drivers were as friendly as can be, driving nice clean vehicles and the rate from TUS to Green Valley was low enough to make me want to tip them bigger than I normally would. Even trust them enough to give my elderly mother their business card for when she comes to visit us. I know they will take good care of her.
