Won't let me post with no stars. Thats the only reason they got one. The worst. Unresponsive. Then they take your request and promise a cab over the phone. After an hour no answer for a phone status check. Then a text arrives with a "We're sorry we did not have a car in your area" with instructions to call if you need a ride. Really? You'd be better off just walking. At let some day you'd get to your destination. Avoid at all cost!!!

On my way to work this morning, one of these green Prius cabs ran a red light and very nearly hit me. I would have followed them to see exactly which number the vehicle had on it, but I didn't want to be late to work (I'm a fifth grade teacher). 

Taxi cab drivers have a special responsibility to obey traffic laws. The very nature of their work relies on safe transportation - for their customers and the other drivers on the road.

This happened at the intersection of Fairview and Miracle Mile in Tucson. Incredibly irresponsible to be putting lives at risk like that.

Shame on Discount Cab (aka Total Ride). I'll NEVER recommend this service.

Apparently it is acceptable for Discount Cab drivers to drive in the passing lane on the interstate, obstructing traffic contrary to motor vehicle law. And then flip off motorists as they pass by. This was Discount Cab #5701.

I don't know what the reason is but if your cab service wants to remain in competition with services like Lyft or Uber you need to cut down on your wait time. I can get an Uber or a Lyft in less than 10  minutes, but if I try using your service I have to wait an hour or more.

I will never use discount again. I called several nights in a row to schedule transportation for after work. They confirmed the pick up time, i called 30mins prior to pick up and they never even put it through they said oh im sorry and hung up on me several times. Unacceptable. Bad customer service.
