Well I was gonna give this 5 stars. I loved it the 2 weeks that I did it. It was perfect. But there is a major problem with the HR/front desk communication skills. I was always paying ahead and decided to stop on Jan 1 2018. A few days before that, I had went in thinking I still owed on my last lease payment. Dummy up front says, "no, your already paid ahead. You actually have a credit." I confirmed this with her 4 times and she still persisted that I didn't owe any money. So I pulled out 50, which would be left me with the last lease and 9 dollars extra. So, on the day I go to turn my taxi in, I'm told that she was wrong and I owe 87 dollars. Hmmm??? How???? I came ready to pay the last part and shouldn't be punished because they the 2 front desk ladies are always on different pages. But I'm told that it doesn't matter. I get an I'm sorry and a 87 dollar bill. That's absolutely horrible treatment. She will still have her job here on out and I'm just out the money. Completely unfair and unorganized. I wish I could've gotten on here like I previously intended to and gave this a lot more positivity. Way to kill a partnership VIP.

Arrive was fast didn't have to wait long, the driver I had was cool to talk with. Definitely be using VIP taxi when I can.

Roger is a fantastic driver! He is one of the few taxi drivers I've ridden with who keeps an infant car seat and booster seat in his trunk for family's to use. This saves me from having to lug a booster seat with my walker into stores. I appreciate this courtesy and Roger's excellent service.

Driver took I-10 in rush hour traffic. Limited budget and spent twice as much on the ride there as we did on the ride back. Both VIP taxis. Corporate official Jason Gauer completely mixed up what I said to "side with Driver". He thought I had wanted to take I-10 and said the Driver did right to avoid it. THE DRIVER TOOK I-10!!

NO WONDER WHY THE TAXI BUSINESS IS VIRTUALLY BANKRUPT ! I’ve probably ordered 3 cabs in the past year and the only reason was because my UBER OR LYFT weren’t working LOL First off they take FOREVER TO GET THERE second the drivers are the weirdest people ever I had told a driver that I was going to pay him the cash when I got home he refused to even take me lol I went off on him and the taxi industry listing why the industry fails IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS UP AND RUNNING WHICH IS BASICALLY NON EXISTENT AT LEAST HAVE GOOD SERVICE! Three years from now taxis will be just like the blockbuster lol it’s not 2002 anymore 2017! moral of the story is I will NEVER USE A CAB IN MY LIFE LIKE I SAID THE ONLY REASON I HAVE IS BECAUSE MY UBER OR LIFT WERENT WORKING I USE THEM DAILY THEY GIVE ME 5 star service every time the rates are CHEAP! GO UBER AND LYFT!!!
