I had a very bad experience. The customer service rep gave me wrong and incomplete information.   As a result, I was left stranded in unfamiliar area. I had to wait outside in the cold and the “manager,” was initially to “busy” to assist. Eventually she called; however, she offered no solution and actually made the experience more offensive. Beware!!!

I have used their service twice last month, once to go to the airport and the next to return. Outstanding service, great booking agents-over the phone, good drivers who are responsive and on time and keep communicating via phone or texting. The trip cost is much lower than the taxi that allows one to tip more generously the drivers. I hope they will keep up the great customer service and care and the price. I plan to use them for all my taxi and shuttle service needs while I'm in Tucson. It is to be noted I have no relation to this people, and I am a value investor who wants to review and report faithfully.

I made a reservation which the agent took and said I would be picked up at the given time. The night before a driver called me to tell me she could not make it in time so she canceled the reservation. The company STILL charged my credit card for a ride I never received. I have contacted the manager four times....he said he would refund me the first time I talked to him, it has now been a month and still no refund and he will not respond to my calls. These people are very unreliable and do not take any responsibility for their fraudulent charges.
